Portage la Prairie sits an hour straight west of Winnipeg on the Trans-Canada, which makes it one of the more practical regional trips for us. The city itself has a mixed housing stock — a substantial core of older homes near the downtown alongside newer development on the edges — so what we find in a duct system here varies a lot house to house.
