We're reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Call any hour and you'll get a real person rather than a voicemail box. We'll tell you honestly on that call how quickly we can be there for your specific job.

How much does the duct/furnace/HRV/dryer-vent bundle cost?

Our Whole-Home Air System Bundle — full-house air duct cleaning, furnace and HRV cleaning, sanitation, and dryer vent cleaning — runs $150–$300 depending on the size of your home. It's our most popular booking because it covers your whole air system in a single visit.

Will the price change once you're here?

Accepted Answer

No. You get a price before we start, and that's what you pay. The duct cleaning industry has a well-earned reputation for teaser rates that turn into a much bigger bill once the tech is in your basement — we don't work that way. If we open something up and find a genuinely bigger problem, we stop and talk to you about options before doing any additional work. You decide.

Question 5

Are you going to try to upsell me?

No. We'll tell you what we found and what we'd recommend, and if something genuinely doesn't need doing yet, we'll say so. If a job turns out to be outside what we handle, we'll tell you that too rather than attempting it anyway.

Do you handle small jobs, or only bigger projects?

Small jobs are exactly what we want to be the call for. A running toilet, one dead outlet, a single light fixture that needs installing — a lot of trades skip these because they're not worth prioritising for them. We built Bison specifically to be useful for the small stuff too, not just the big-ticket jobs.
